The simulations dashboard is your landing page after login -- a central view of all simulation activity across your projects and conversations.
The /simulations page
Navigate to /simulations from the sidebar or visit it directly. The dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of your simulation work:
- Active simulations: Currently running jobs with real-time status
- Recent completions: Latest finished simulations with key results
- Recent failures: Failed runs with error summaries for quick triage
- Project summary: Simulation counts and status per project
Filtering
Narrow the dashboard to exactly what you need:
| Filter | Options |
|---|
| Software | OpenFOAM, SU2, CalculiX, or all |
| Status | Running, completed, failed, or all |
| Date range | Last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom range |
| Team member | Filter by who launched the simulation (Enterprise) |
Filters combine -- view only failed OpenFOAM runs from the past week, or all running SU2 simulations across the team.
The dashboard includes summary widgets that surface trends across your simulations:
Simulation count by solver
Breakdown of total simulations per solver. Quickly see which software your team uses most.
Convergence rates
Percentage of simulations that converged successfully vs. failed or stalled, trended over time.
Compute usage
Total compute time consumed, broken down by project, solver, or time period.
Recent failures
Most common failure modes with counts. Identifies systemic issues (e.g., recurring mesh quality problems).
Sweep heatmap
When parameter sweeps are running, the dashboard shows a design-space matrix with real-time updates:
- Each cell represents a parameter combination
- Color indicates status: grey (queued), blue (running), green (converged), red (failed)
- Hover for details: current iteration, residual levels, ETA
- Click to jump to the full simulation view
The heatmap updates live as jobs progress, giving you a visual overview of the entire sweep at a glance.
Quick actions
Launch common workflows directly from the dashboard:
- New chat: Start a new simulation conversation
- Compare simulations: Select runs to compare side by side
- View reports: Access generated reports and dashboards
- Resume failed run: Restart a failed simulation with error recovery
Rearrange and resize dashboard widgets to prioritize the information most relevant to your workflow.
