Admin Panel

Manage guardrails, budgets, audit trails, compliance, and users from a central admin dashboard.

The Admin Panel is the central control surface for your organization. Access it from Settings > Admin to configure guardrails, monitor compute spending, review audit logs, and manage users.

Guardrails

Control what the AI is allowed to do within your organization:
SettingDescription
Allowed solversRestrict which simulation solvers can be used (e.g., only OpenFOAM and SU2)
Allowed runtimesLimit execution environments (e.g., cloud-only, no local execution)
Turbulence modelsRestrict to approved turbulence models for consistency
Blocked toolsDisable specific AI tools that are not appropriate for your use case
Max timeoutSet maximum allowed simulation runtime to prevent runaway jobs
Violation logging
When a user or the AI attempts an action blocked by guardrails, the attempt is logged with the user, timestamp, and what was blocked. No simulation is run -- the user sees a clear explanation of which guardrail was triggered.

Budgets

Track and control compute spending across your organization:

Set budgets

Assign compute budgets at the team, project, or individual user level. Budgets are denominated in compute credits.

Alert thresholds

Configure two thresholds: warn at 80% (sends a notification but allows continued use) and block at 100% (prevents new simulation launches until the budget resets or is increased).

Monitor spending

View historical spend charts broken down by team, project, or user. See trends over time and identify heavy consumers.

Forecast

Based on current usage patterns, the dashboard projects when you'll hit your budget. A message like "At this rate, the Design team will reach their budget in 12 days" helps you plan ahead.

Audit trail

Every action in your organization is logged:
  • Simulation launches, completions, and failures
  • Case modifications and version changes
  • Review submissions and approval decisions
  • User logins, role changes, and permission modifications
  • Guardrail violations
  • Knowledge base additions and changes

Filtering and export

Filter audit entries by:
  • User: See all actions by a specific person
  • Action type: Focus on specific events (e.g., only review decisions)
  • Date range: Narrow to a specific time period
  • Severity: Filter by informational, warning, or critical events
Export the filtered audit log as CSV or PDF for external compliance systems or archival.

Compliance

Configure organization-wide compliance policies:
  • Select which regulatory frameworks apply to your organization (ASME V&V-40, AS9100, DO-178C, FDA)
  • Set default validation requirements for new projects
  • Export all compliance evidence across projects in a single archive
See Regulatory Compliance for details on generating compliant reports.

User management

Manage your organization's users from a single view:
  • User listing: All members with their roles, last active date, and project assignments
  • Search: Find users by name or email
  • Role management: Assign organization-level roles (Owner, Admin, Member)
  • Deactivation: Remove access for departed team members while preserving their work

AI model defaults

Set the default AI model for your organization. All new conversations will use this model unless a user explicitly selects a different one. This ensures consistency in AI behavior across your team.
🏢

Organizations

Set up your organization with SSO and role-based access.
📋

Regulatory Compliance

Use compliance templates with guardrails and audit trails.
