Telemetry stack
packages/observability ships Langfuse turn scoring, Sentry breadcrumbs and events with redaction rules, OpenTelemetry attribute capture, provider cache canaries, and ops incident findings. Vercel Agent incident reporting plugs in at the deploy layer.
Redaction ledger
Telemetry payloads pass through a redaction ledger so tenant-restricted or secret-classified content never leaks into provider dashboards. The ledger is itself observable and audited.
Built-in dashboards
The ops route surfaces an incident dashboard, provider health, cache canaries, and the Euphony rollout export viewer for local debugging. The admin dashboard exposes org-wide metrics and audit views.
Vercel Agent investigations
When an anomaly fires, the Vercel Agent integration can be invited to investigate. The runbook lives at docs/runbooks/vercel-agent.md and the integration runs under the same approval-envelope discipline as in-app tools.
