Mesh-quality gate

A pre-solve check that mesh metrics satisfy the solver's and the case's fidelity assumptions.

Definition

Mesh-quality gates cover solver-relevant metrics — non-orthogonality, skewness, aspect ratio, y+ targets, element order, rigid-body support, benchmark-specific requirements. ADR 0012 freezes the thresholds at the case level in ValidationSpec.
