Applicability bounds

The typed scope inside which a memory record, validation result, or recommendation holds.

Definition

Applicability bounds carry solver family, physics regime, geometry class, mesh-quality range, and the validation evidence that supports them. Recall is filtered against the new case's properties so claims do not leak across regimes.
